April 21, 2006, Newsletter Issue #12: Writing Good Web Content: Important Info First!

Tip of the Week

When writing content for your web site, be certain to use the 'inverted triangle' approach. Users are unlikely to scroll to find what they’re looking for on your page, so it's important to put your most important information at the top of the page. Get to the point. Don’t waste your readers’ time with fluff.
